At DOOP Fragrance, we want your home to smell exactly as you imagined; if you are not entirely satisfied with your scent experience, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on candles and diffusers in their original, unopened packaging.

Pack with Care
Securely place the unused items in their original DOOP packaging to prevent breakage during transit, as glass components are highly fragile.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our team and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Scent-isfaction Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
