What is the average burn time of DOOP candles?
Our standard 9oz candles are handcrafted to burn for approximately 50 to 60 hours, provided the wick is trimmed to 1/4 inch before each lighting.
Are your fragrances safe for pets and children?
Yes, all DOOP Fragrance products are formulated using phthalate-free oils and lead-free cotton wicks, ensuring a clean and safe scent experience for your entire household.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I return a fragrance if I don't like the scent?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer worldwide shipping in the near future.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your glass vessel or diffuser arrives broken, please email a photo of the damage and your order number to our support team within 48 hours for a free replacement.
